My first byline was at gal-dem when I was 19, and I still write from that instinct: pop culture is never just entertainment. It is who gets centred, who gets asked the interesting questions, and who gets to shape the conversation around it.
Today I move between the glossies and identity-focused publications. I host and produce video interviews for ELLE, Cosmopolitan, Harper’s Bazaar, and Esquire, and write essays and features for Amaliah, Hyphen, the BBC, and gal-dem.
